For this cycle, we will use a daily dose of 50mg. if your body can tolerate that dose and you feel that you can comfortably use more, then a daily dose of 75mg would just be fine. In most instances, regardless of the dose the steroid should be used for at least 8 weeks. You can use it for 12 weeks but 8 are more recommended because the body can easily tolerate. For the advanced off-season cycle of Trenbolone, 100 mg daily, you will find a combo of Dbol/Trenbolone/Testosterone to be unbeatable, but for the advanced users, an overlapping method is mostly recommended.
For overlapping of the cycle to be effective, an individual should supplement with Deca-Durabolin and testosterone for 12 weeks, but he should add Tren at the tenth week. At the 12 week, he should stop using Deca and continue using testosterone and Tren only. A sample overlapping Trenbolone cycle is shown below though this example does not include oral androgenic steroids like Anadrol or Dianabol.
Week 1 – week 20: Testosterone
Week 1 – week 12: Deca-Durabolin
Week 10 – week 20: Trenbolone.
